Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning.

Lamentations 3:23

God bestows fresh mercies on you at the dawn of each new day, so everyday is a brand new day, a day that has never happened before, a day like you have never seen or experienced.

Today you can say good bye to yesterday and get ready to receive what Father God has in store for you today. Sometimes we can get stuck in the victories of yesterday, what happened yesterday, last month or the previous year. Even if it was good, remember everyday He bestows new mercies over your life. You can start afresh every day and embrace what God has in store for you today.

Don’t camp on the mistakes or the failures of yesterday, whatever happened yesterday is gone. Today is an opportunity to embrace the dawn of this new day, week or month and step out afresh to receive what God has in store for you. This is what the word of God says “But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” (1 Corinthians 2:9)

My husband always says “God surprise me!”. Be expectant and live expectantly!
