Above all the goals I set for myself yearly I have one goal that is always on my list it is articulated succinctly in Philippians “I want to know Christ and experience the mighty power that raised him from the dead. I want to suffer with him, sharing in his death,” (Philippians 3:10 NLT)

It’s taken me a long time and I’m not there yet but I have learned and learning that a life worth living is making Christ the centre and focus of all I do. All the other goals you and I desire in our lives or are aspiring to can be accessed when Jesus is the centre of all you are and do.

Wake up everyday and simply  press toward this higher goal of knowing Jesus. When you get to know somebody really well you get to know their character and who they really are. By getting to know Jesus you get to know His true nature and His power in your life. You navigate your life from a powerful place.

Focus on Jesus every step of the way. He will get you to your  ‘there’
